Properly built, dry, consented, floor level, roof structure, size, construction type, services.

Council communication, design, budgeting, scheduling, project management, inspections and consent.

Yes usually, for staging projects it is possible to use some of the owner's items.
What’s your interior design process?
Client briefing, mood board, spatial design, selections, approval, install.
Which interior design styles can you cater for?
All styles are always welcome and we do our best to meet expectations.
What do you love most about your job?
I absolutely love taking something that isn’t working for someone, redesigning the space and creating joy.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My own home renovation (design and management) and the need for work to be flexibile so I can work around my children.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have a 'dynamic' approach apparently. Clients have been really happy with our work so far - for example: space and landscape design and implementation, project management for reno, property sale prep (staging), general property maintenance and gardening, bnb management/cleaning.

Yes definitely. Our office a home office at our showhome (by appointment only). We use Zoom, Whatsapp, Google, Skype, Messenger, and can use other platforms if required.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We require scanning, sanitising, masks, and 2m distance when on site.
Screening questions will be sent the day prior to a booking, and if anyone is unwell (client or staff) we reschedule.
Remote assistance is always available.
