Extremely difficult getting support under warranty. Any email on 24th April and multiple follow up calls went unanswered until we posted a review, which generated a response. On 12th May their tiler came, acknoledged there was a problem with the installation, and ripped out our shower. We removed the review. Nearly 7 weeks later we still have no shower, and Bathroom Concepts are not responding to emails or phone calls, so here's hoping another review will get this problem fixed finally. More...

I cannot fault the experience I had with this company. I contacted them following a recommendation by a friend and was very promptly visited for a measure and consultation. The designer grasped my ideas and created an amazing design using beautiful tiles and fittings I would not thought of using. The workmanship is amazing and I’m recommending them to everyone!
