What do you love most about your job?
Making a difference. Far too many jobs get the only satisfaction of numbers on a spreadsheet - we get to see the results of our hard work straight away.
As Director, I am also able to take our company and team in the direction we choose that enables us to best provide for our customers.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Seeing how other managers treated their staff and wanting to do better. We aren't perfect, but I communicate with our team and we are constantly working on improvement.
Why should our clients choose you?
Our shallow management structure means that you have one person you talk with - no backward and forwards being bounced between your call centers, supervisors, client managers and site manager.
We are non franchised, meaning you are employing a team that is actually looked after rather than trying to cut corners to survive.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
No, as we are yet to find a way to deliver cleaning services in a nice package or online, however we do prefer to operate after hours.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
- our entire team are triple vaxed and masked.
- we can operate after hours once your premises are closed.
