Cognitive Behaviour Therapy

Psychotherapy

I have always loved helping people, and to watch people become the person they should have been is an absolute privilege. To give clients back their life, their meaning, loving themselves, seeing them thrive - I love it

I offer you Rapid Transformational Therapy, and trauma informed coaching. That means I understand where you sit in your nervous system, and how to best treat you for where you are at. A lot of therapist will talk to you from your "thinking brain" however, if you are sitting in trauma, dealing with axiety, PTSD, CPTSD, Abuse you are more than likely coming from the limbic system. I understand how to deal with this, then get results fast.

I work both via zoom and in person, to anywhere around the world.

Are you exhibiting signs of trauma and defence mechanisms like loss of interest, anxiety, depression, worthlessness, numbness, sleeping and eating difficulty, irritability, lack of joy, self-harm and PTSD symptoms such as memory loss, and need for solitude?

A lot of the work that Margarita does with RTT is focus on the subconscious thoughts that are the underlying cause of someone’s thoughts and actions. And for people who have experienced a relationship with a narcissist, she says the subconscious belief can often be: I am unlovable.

“All those words you’re told – ‘you’re useless, you’re nothing, no-one will ever love you’ – can become words you then believe on a subconscious level. The work that we do is to change those beliefs so that you believe that you are loveable, that a healthy relationship IS available to you.

I can help you overcome this and live a meaningful life full of love and self-worth.  Unlike myself, taking 12 years to overcome this, this will be a very quick transition for you.

 RTT®  integrates, amongst other modalities,  Hypnotherapy, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Psychotherapy and CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, to help overcome your past hurts that are impacting your present.

I also use Brain Spotting and Autogenic Therapy, so the work is done at the deepest level, allowing you to release and heal safely and quickly.

Most people will concentrate on trying to change the behaviour (the symptoms of anxiety) but that is the wrong way round. Anxiety happens because of a belief and we need to change that belief. 

You can not talk you way out of anxiety or panic attacks, so someone sitting there asking you to talk about it will only push you backwards. At ROAR Wellness, we show you how to get rid of this symptoms to start flouringing

Margarita has put together a coaching, RTT, Autogenic Therapy and Brain Spotting package to make sure you are in the right space of your brain to be able to do the work. A lot of therapist who do talking will talk to the thinking brain, however, if you are still in Fight/ Flight or Freeze this is likely to push you further into this state, and possibly into freeze which is when you become numb.
