why do you have to lie to us week in and week out.you took the money and never finished the job.didnt even give us any certificates for council. when we call you you keep on saying please take the review out i will come .once the review is out you alwys saying this week tht week but you never comming to finsh the job.its not only us you have done this .im not taking this review out now.you have making us fool.we are not fools.we have payed you to do the job.you took this project in 2024 in april now its 2025 april still haven’t finsh the job .very disappointing and stressful as im a new mum with a baby and deal with this is making me depressed. Hi Supriya you are very well aware that the council certification needs to be applied for by you. When did we agree to that? You gave my organisation no money for any application to the council and expected us to fund that on top of everything else, your original project has been completed in due course and on time, you guys kept piling more work on us which we told you on several occasion that it will take a while due to scheduling and it was supposed to be done when MY SCHEDULE IS FREE, you HAVE NOT paid 3 of my invoices which we’ve done basically for free and expected us to do the retaining wall at your price which we have told you time and time again was severely under quoted as you have already called out several tradies and they charged you 3 times more, that is the reason that job was halted and you have called us several times that is the reason we have stopped communication. I told you on several occasions your job isn’t priority and it will done when my organisation is able to fit you in as it’s not an urgent project. We asked you to take down your review as it was inaccurate and painted a complete different image of my company’s reputation which we’ve worked very hard to gain. We are extremely disappointed at your conduct and do not wish to engage with you any longer. Thanks Ralph
