Careful Tenant Selection
Our job is to find the best possible Tenant for your Property in the quickest possible time.
Our detailed screening process aims to establish that Tenants can meet the responsibilities of the Tenancy Agreement.
Tenant selection is in accordance with Laws covering Discrimination and Residential Tenancies and Privacy. We keep you informed of Applications, so you can take part in the selection process.

Security is Paramount
Unlike many other Agents, keys to your Property are not handed out to prospective Tenants. We don’t take that risk with your investment.

Detailed Condition Reports
Before a Tenant moves in, your Property Manager completes an inspection with a carefully detailed Condition Report.
Photos of the Property are available options at both the start and end of the Tenancy.

At the end of the Tenancy these documents help ensure your Property is in the same condition as at the start, fair wear and tear considered, and that the Tenant’s Bond is disbursed appropriately after a thorough Vacate Inspection.

Thorough Documentation
At the time of signing the Tenancy Agreement we educate and advise the Tenants of important aspects of the Tenancy Agreement and the Property itself. We take care of all the documentation, Rent payment methods and Bond lodgment to ensure all is in place for a trouble- free Tenancy.

To ensure the safety of our customers and staff, we’ve implemented several key measures in line with public health guidance:
Enhanced Cleaning Protocols
High-touch surfaces are sanitized regularly throughout the day. We’ve also increased the frequency of deep cleaning in all customer-facing and staff areas.

Hand Sanitizer Availability
Hand sanitizer stations are placed at all entrances, checkout areas, and restrooms for customer and employee use.

Mask Policy
(Adjust according to current guidelines) Masks are recommended/required for staff and customers in indoor areas where distancing may not be possible.

Social Distancing Measures
Floor markings and signage help ensure proper distancing in queues and common areas. We’ve also modified seating arrangements to support spacing.

Contactless Services
We've expanded our contactless payment options and offer curbside pickup/delivery to reduce physical interactions.

Employee Health Monitoring
Staff members are required to stay home if feeling unwell and must pass daily health screenings before starting their shift.

Air Quality Improvements
Where possible, we’ve upgraded HVAC filters and increased ventilation in enclosed spaces.
