Swedish massage incorporates light-to-firm pressure & is ideal for long-term personal injuries without chronic pain to loosen tight muscles, increase blood flow, and improve circulation.
Deep tissue massage 30/45/60/90 min
Deep tissue massage involves slow strokes and firm pressure to reach deeper layers of muscles and connective tissues than in Swedish massage. Deep tissue massages works well to treat chronic aches and pains, but it also helps to relieve tightness in stiff necks, the back, legs, and shoulders.
