I work a lot with people that are recovering from broken relationships, healing emotional wounds, traumas, and releasing the loss of their relationship and their dreams.

I run workshops and work one on one with people to release food cravings and the hold that they have over them. I help people to overcome emotional eating or the inability to stop eating when under stress.

Stress, anxiety, and post traumatic stress are huge at the moment. I teach people how to soothe their stress and anxiety and then work with them to get to and release the source of them.

I help people to release post traumatic stress, or the effects that a traumatic event may still be having on them. Whether that be flash backs, nightmares, emotional outbursts, or phobias.

Emotional Freedom Techniques (tapping) are well documented in being effective for all that I do. I also incorporate breathwork and NLP (neuro linguistic programming).

Helping people to shed the weight of past trauma so that they can connect to their inner strength, finding their confidence and self belief.
