For ALL services, there will always be a single "Pre Design" portion of the process that involves a comprehensive on site measure. Up till and after, all contact and sharing can be done via google meet, and sharing our concepts and animation via personal client web page/s, seamlessly.

Design Concept
David can prepare a quotation for ONLY the Design Concept considering.
1. Function
We engage with clients to gather insights into how they will use the space in order to develop an efficient spatial layout that facilitates the intended activities.
2. Form
Our form is expressed by preparing still images or video that morphs from the original state, into our new form.
This is where external aesthetics is justified and modified using comprehensive understanding of how and why.
3. VR
We investigate this with our clients in an immersed virtual reality experience within our office’s VR space which is large enough to allow a physical walk through the spaces involved. This is by far, the most enjoyable and exciting phase of the design process as commented by many of our clients.

Building Consent Documentation
architectural DESIGN Ltd will prepare a well detailed list of architectural and engineering drawings, along with third party consultants including Geotech, specific engineered foundation requirements, sewer and storm water designs.
These documents are used by the builder to both quote and build from.
We also apply for, monitor and respond to all council requests on behalf of our clients building consent application.
OPTIONAL COSTING FEASABILITY
We can prepare a costing feasibility as the basis of an accurate budget, and potentially review the design based on informed decisions.
