We traditionally would put our Milo into kennels when we go in holidays but this year they could not accommodate us so I went to Google and found the BARK Website, entered my dates and Priyanka popped up as one option. I submitted my request and within 1 hour we had a response from Priyanka. We spoke the next day and booked Milo in for 9 days. We arranged a drop off date and time. We dropped Milo off, spent some time with Priyanka while Milo settled in and Priyanka took note of Milos routine - feeding time, walk time, bedtime etc. We supplied his food, bed and toys. Priyanka was very keen to maintain and not change Milos routine. From there on we left Milo feeling very reassured and happy that Milo would be well cared for. We received twice daily (morning and evening) WhatsApp Video and Photo of Milo walking, eating, resting and playing. This really helped us while we were away as we did Not have to worry at all about Milo. He got on so well with Priyanka that he was a little sad leaving but equally happy to see us when we picked him up. I have to say my daughter (12), my wife and I recommend Priyanka very highly. She is a lovely, genuine, kind, dog loving lady with a lovely family and dog of her own. We will be referring her to our friends. Keep up the great work Priyanka.

Could not recommend Courtney enough, saved the day last minute to take my dog, was super flexible with days and I could tell from the daily pictures and videos that she sent that my dog was really happy and loved Courtney. Will definitely be contacting Courtney if I ever need a dog sitter again.

WOW! I recently booked with Francis and would have no hesitation recommending his facilities to anyone looking for boarding kennels. I was able to arrange on pretty short notice for my Bull Terrier Brian to stay for the weekend and he loved it. It's difficult to find kennels that take restricted breed dogs and Francis had no problem with taking my dog. I would liken it to a 5* hotel for dogs.
