I have booked en event here for August 31st and it was an absolute pleasure dealing with Kyla the receptionist and Alison the manager today. It takes nothing to be courteous and to be polite and helpful and this was my experience with these 2 ladies. I brought something to Alison's attention with zero expectations in return and what I was given was a standard of service which would be considered the gold standart anywhere. I trained for years and worked in customer service and was always taught that where possible ensure your customer is delighted, never satisfied, and it is always possible, I am delighted with our call and interaction today and thrilled to be booking this venue for my event. We had an amazing holiday at the Claddagh house. The place is newly renovated, spacious, and with great amenities. the kitchen is modern with everything you need. Electric car charging port. The sports room is fun. Huge backyard with an amazing view. the location is perfect. near the town center and other sights around the area. one of the best Holidays we have had. Louise the hostess was very helpful. Our kids just didn't want to come back. we would love to go back to Claddagh house.

Won a competition for a free meal for two. Honestly the standard restaurants should strive toward. moist turkey, lovely ham, gorgeous bacon and cabbage. Fantastic veggies, lovely light desserts. Wine is good. Very good proportions. Will definitely be eating here again. Staff and lovely and friendly too
