Niall is an all-round legend! Niall worked with me in achieving my fat loss goals over the course of 8 weeks. Immediately after syncing up with Niall on my goals, he gave me information on the kind of diet I'd need to help with my fat loss goals. My initial assumptions was that I thought id be hungry all the time and have no energy or motivation to workout. This was so far from the truth. Niall coached me on where I was going wrong in the past and what kinds of foods and how much I should be eating. I can honestly say I was never hungry at all over the course of the 8 weeks and it was hard to believe I was on a "fat loss" diet with the amount of food I could eat and still hit my goals! Niall also helped me with my workout routine. He walked through the initial program and modified it where needed if I found something too hard, easy or if I didn't like in particular. It was a really great experience. Before I knew it the weight started to fall off. Nial also checked in with me on the regular which was great for making sure I was on the right track and for accountability. Couldn't recommend Niall enough for anything looking to drop a few KG. Niall is very knowledgable and easy to talk to and a great mentor. Like I said at the start all-round legend!
