A mesmerising experience! Entering into a session with Nora was truly amazing. I was a fair bit skeptical -however, I was blown away. During the session, I floated off to a peaceful place, and my imagination felt like I was there. On two occasions , I felt a cold pull of something from the area by my heart and then a warmth replacing the cold. After the session I felt wonderful, I felt taller and like a weight had been lifted with positivity flowing through me, and a calm sense of accepting things which were beyond my control. I will definitely do another session with Nora, and would highly recommend !

I started a series of sessions with Nóra two years ago and it was completely transformative. I had hit a wall with regards to my healing journey and talk therapy was no longer working for me. The combination of breathwork and energy healing that Nóra guided me in really shifted something within me and restored balance and energy in my body and mind. She was so gentle but the experience was extremely powerful. I highly recommend working with Nóra , she is gifted .

Her methodologies and always uplifting attitude unfolded me brand new ideas for how to be more of a ‘doer’ on a daily basis.
