About

Trained as architects, this french couple became designers/makers by passion for high quality craftsmanship. After leaving France, almost 10 years ago, Pierre and Coraline settled in Toronto, where they started their self-apprenticeship of metal work alongside with woodworking, designing and building the prototype of a re-edition of an iconic 1930's aluminum riveted traveling trailer. This was for them a key moment that made them understand that being in charge of both design and manufacture, is the most valuable part of good craftsmanship. Pierre and Coraline enjoy seeing their designs as a twist of north american industrial designs with a hint of european aesthetics and lifestyle. Their creative process is always driven by developing a design or a shape as a result of a function.
