Sports and Fitness enthusiastic since my childhood, I now coach people on Body Composition & Strength.
First we have a chat over the phone so I can exactly understand what you want to achieve. Then I create a weekly plan to meet your goal using my 4 pillars.
3. Lifestyle habits
The equipment used is disinfected before and after each session and we practice social distancing :)
Sessions are 30mins to 45mins and we use mostly weights (dumbbells, barbells, resistance band etc...).
