This developer will rip you off and leave you devastated!
They take short cuts on the building process and as soon as problems arise (which I can guarantee will) the won’t cover any warranty and just run away and leave you totally devastated and well and truly out of pocket.
Shame on them!
They are just crooks!

I made the mistake of spending my life savings on one of David Tran (Davran Developments) apartments back in 2017. In 2019 the apartment suffered water damage, with water entering via the buildings leaking windows in addition it entered via the patio due to insufficient drainage.
David Tran was then BC Chairman at Aspect Murarrie. Instead of replacing his buildings leaking windows l received multiple threats of legal action accusing me of drilling 10mm holes in the window frames (go me … 60+yr old disability pensioner). In 2022 another 14 apartments within the building suffered water ingress, l have since documented the same 10mm holes throughout the building. Due to the actions of David Tran my apartment remains uninhabitable and my belongings have long since been incinerated due to mould.
So would l recommend this company HELL NO!!!
All l want is to see this man made accountable for the life destroying damage he has caused to me.
I just wish I could share photos of the apartment as it is now, then and only then will people see what David Tran and his company are truly capable of! More...
