What do you love most about your job?
Natasha's passion is building HR processes and systems that is continuously improving and which has a meaningful impact on business.
Natasha is known for her strong business acumen and finding solutions that balance business, operations and employees’ needs.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Chart HR started in 2020 by our founder Natasha Gill. Natasha experienced a traumatic event late in 2019. This would become her tipping point as she began to chart a new journey exploring uncharted areas.
Natasha is a survivor and a woman of grit. She knew she could not let the event define her or the path she was to follow. Counting her blessings, she was determined to chart a new way forward.
This believe influenced her professional vision and she left corporate and started Chart HR. Chart HR is a way forward in which HR services are delivered to small and medium size businesses. Time is taken to truly understand the business in order to find the right solution.
The way forward is giving small and medium size business access to best practice but customised to their vision, goals, people and environment. It cannot be a one-size fits all.
Chart HR helps business to discover their known and unknown HR capabilities and opportunities that will get them to where they want to be. We want to make a real difference for your business.
