Jennifer Baldes brings experience to your business.
Jennifer has been involved in bookkeeping for over 30 years, working with various businesses, including not-for-profit and small business.
Her passion for this work was honed in offices in Kamloops to enable her to offer skills that include monthly reporting, budgeting, event analysis, payroll and taxes, project accounting and inventory control. In working with these companies, she also developed business policies and practices, built web sites and devised social media plans, human resources hiring and training, and created and implemented special events.
As Jennifer slowly transitions from working for a single company to a larger client base from her cozy home office, she looks to putting these skills to use in the day-to-day of home-based and boutique-sized businesses for her clients.
Jennifer dislikes the name small when it comes to business, because when you decide to make a business a part of your life, it is hardly ever small. It becomes part of the family, and it takes a great deal of time, effort, love, emotion and planning to get it done every day.
