La Dolce Vita is a pretty restaurant in Little Italy. It's rustic looking, and the paintings on the wall are a nice touch.I had the penne with chicken and mushrooms in a sundried tomato sauce. The entree was delicious and the portion was big. Everyone seemed satisfied with their meals, especially the Calzones and the Baked Linguine. The garlic bread wasn't that impressive though - go for another appetizer instead.Service was also great. The pricing is unecessary for lunch- $15 for a pasta dish! Their pizzas and Calzones are also in the $14 - 18 range. They would do better to have lunch specials/portions. If you're going to go, might as well go for a date or a nice dinner.

My friend Adam and I went to Mia's Indian Cuisine-St Laurent to have a quick Lunch on last Tuesday. This is a new place and I wanted to check it out. They have nice lunch menu at reasonable price. I ordered Chicken Tikka Wrap which comes with Mulligatawny Soup ($8.95) and Adam ordered Lamb curry which serves with rice, vegetable and salad ($11.95). This is the first time, I tried Indian Chicken Tikka Wrap. It was super good, the naan bread was very tasty. My friend Adam also liked his Lamb curry. It's good to have such a nice restaurant in our neighborhood. Thank you Mia's. We will be back soon to try Dinner with my family.

Wedding review for Vista Room:We had our wedding here in June 2018 and were blown away with everything. Gyneya (owner and coordinator for us) was simply awesome. She answered our multiple questions and emails at the drop of a hat and accommodated us with every single one of our needs and desires. She was there the night of our wedding and ensured that everything ran smoothly. Her staff were unbelievably kind and friendly to us and our guests. They set everything up for us and everything was perfectly set up. They really relieved a lot of stress in the planning part. The food was great (we had chicken, salmon, and duck served) and the prices for food and alcohol were all very reasonable, especially compared to other venues. The views were beautiful on Dow's Lake and the location could not get any better. We would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking to get married in Ottawa for a reasonable price in a great building and location.
