What do you love most about your job?

I Love helping people discover their true voice. Through guided exploration of the voice/body connection, we find greater efficiency in vocal production so that you focus on making music.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I have enjoyed teaching for years; partly at home, at a couple of private schools and a conservatory. I decided that I wanted to start my own business so I could serve more clients in my home studio. I wanted to build my own voice community reflecting my teaching philosophy and values most authentically.

Why should our clients choose you?

I create a safe, fun and inspiring atmosphere for learning. I am highly knowledgeable and encourage collaboration with my singers so that they acquire the skills and awareness to take them into their future.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

Yes, I offer an online lesson option. About one third of my students are online and some are hybrid. It is a great option even for those who want in person lessons when the student is not feeling well enough to sing and may be contagious. This way we can still work on diction, music theory, or interpretation. Also a great option in inclement weather! I have purchased equipment and have very fast fibre optic internet to ensure a great connection on my end.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

I went online immediately and would be able to do so in any event, if necessary. I have new windows in my studio for better ventilation as well as two medical grade air purifiers. If a client is uncomfortable I am happy to wear a mask during their lesson.
