Michael was not as quick to initially respond as two other contractors but he was the only one to provide a detailed written estimate. He used Google Earth map to estimate my roof area whereas the other two contractors wanted to send an onsite estimator. One contractor failed to show up and the other one tried a hard sell at an inflated price. Michael's estimate was fair and transparent. His communications were clear and he appeared to be honest and straightforward. I have committed to use him but we haven't completed the transaction yet. That will have to wait for better weather in the spring. That is the only reason for my 4 star rating as opposed to a 5 star rating at this time.
