Good response time Best Price Friendly Knowledgeable Professional

Michael was not as quick to initially respond as two other contractors but he was the only one to provide a detailed written estimate. He used Google Earth map to estimate my roof area whereas the other two contractors wanted to send an onsite estimator. One contractor failed to show up and the other one tried a hard sell at an inflated price. Michael's estimate was fair and transparent. His communications were clear and he appeared to be honest and straightforward. I have committed to use him but we haven't completed the transaction yet. That will have to wait for better weather in the spring. That is the only reason for my 4 star rating as opposed to a 5 star rating at this time. More...

Came by quickly to diagnose the problem and gave me a quote. The contractors were nice to deal with. Did a good job including the cleanup.

His explanation meets our standard, and the price meets our budget.

Show willingness to please the customer. Team worked fast and diligently. Cleanup was excellent, even vacuumed the ground around the house. Good job all around.

Speedy response, great communication

I had a leaky gutter that was installed poorly by previous contractor who did not apply any gutter sealant. KY gave me a very competitive quote for the sealing job.
After coming in once to seal the gaps I noticed there was still some leakage after due to the gutter being attached improperly by the original installers. KY came in again and fixed this issue - which was out of scope of the original estimate - free of charge! Thank you
