Terrific experience - quote process was very helpful in design aspects, price was about median - not the cheapest but not overpriced. Project started a couple of weeks after projected - but delayed by tons of rain. The crew was efficient and very respectful of my property - consulted with me several times on smaller details. The finished product is fantastic - as good as I could have imagined.

Foundation repair and grading This is the second time we have hired Action Restoration and we were just as pleased as the first time. We recently moved to our new home and were aware of water penetrating the basement at the back of the house. We had such a great experience with Action at our previous house that without hesitation, we called *******. The guys at Action are hard workers, trustworthy, knowledgeable, solution based and reliable. They repaired, sealed and added drainage to 2 of our foundation walls. They carefully raised our garage to be able to pour a new slab and fix our grading problem. The water issue is long gone and our basement is dry as a bone. The entire team at Green Roots was a great pleasure to work with. Ryan and his team does not rest until their work is completed to perfection. Every aspect of their work was very professional - from their beautiful designs to the finished build in the end. Unforeseen circumstances with weather caused us to have to change plans a couple times, but each time Ryan was able to adjust quickly and provide excellent recommendations. His recommendations even helped improve the water drainage situation for our property! Also, the entire team from Green Roots was very considerate of our family situation. My wife was far along in the pregnancy, and they made sure that throughout the construction that she had easy and safe access to our home, and even catered their scheduling to our needs.
