We begin by brainstorming about the physical space and how best to organize it. We work with the components necessary to satisfy your needs and begin layering in the elements needed to elevate the space to the finished product.

Inspiration is gathered from photographs, magazines, the outdoors, our clients’ treasures and our clients themselves. We take all of these elements and develop a design that will achieve the your vision and taste.

The most crucial part of any design initiative, the floor plan, is the first item we aggressively work to perfection. This small drafted piece of paper is the key to a successful space. From room divisions to flooring direction, adjustments of the existing layout, furniture sizing and placement, it becomes the legend that makes everything work.

90 minutes of design consult in person, in your space to discuss everything design. This is the first step in deciding on how to embark on that renovation or space refresh, that you have been thinking about for a while.

By walking through your space and hearing about your challenges and needs, we will come up with all the ideas and possibilities for your home. During the session we will discuss each space separately and brainstorm on what works best

For people who like ideas and recommendations for their space or people who would like to start a full-service interior decorating project, this service is ideal.

The Designer for a Day service is ideal for those who want professional advice and guidance without a long-term commitment. This unique 4-hour, one-on-one intensive consultation gives you direct access to professional design expertise. It’s your choice what we spend time working on. During this information-packed design session, I'll tackle with your design projects .

We understand home staging needs vary from home to home and to accommodate, we provide several options to choose from:

Market ready consultation: A professional home stager will visit your home and suggest changes to make it ready for the market.

Furniture re-arrangement: Your home will be re-decorated with your current furniture and accessories.

Hybrid: Your home will be staged with your furniture with some additional decorative pieces provided by Xeen Designs

The Works: This option is best suited for homes with complete vacancy or newly built. Xeen Designs will decorate the home in entirety, creating a lasting first impression with buyers.
