We worked with Voya in the spring/summer of 2022 for our basement remodel. He tiled our basement shower, bar floor, back entry floor, and stairs. Right from the start, Voya communicated clearly and quickly. He provided a quote that was easy to understand and clearly broke down all costs. We were also able to work with him and do some of the work along side him (such as coordinating the install of our heated floor). He has great attention to detail and ensured each tile looked perfect. Voya asked for our opinion every step of the way to make sure we were satisfied but also gave his profession opinion when asked. I highly recommend and very pleased with VK Renovations. The renters we had in our townhome totalled the place. The whole unit needed work.
