What inspired you to start your own business?
Seeing the challenges I faced when undergoing my own home reno, having a design beforehand would have minimized significantly the stress and money. My mission is for all homeowners to be able to start with a design they absolutely love first, before starting the build.

Absolutely! We provide both online and remote services. With the use of online technologies – spaice can provide virtual consultations and prepare design packages for a range of projects from small decorating projects to full renovation projects. We also have contractors based throughout North America to complete the project!
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We do the following to protect our staff and customers:
- clean daily and disinfect high-touch areas
- HEPA system throughout the office
- provide alcohol-based hand sanitizers with at least 90% alcohol to staff and customers
- masking optional
- increase physical space between employees at the office
- stagger lunch times so employees aren’t in the same room at once
- follow local health department guidelines for required COVID and quarantine practices
- screen employees for temperature and symptoms when they arrive at work each day
- perform regular self-monitoring as outlined by your occupational health program
