My desire is for every client to experience healing - an unburdening and coming back together - through evidence-based, client-centred, spiritually-sensitive therapy that remains grounded in real life (which is often very messy). I offer you a judgement-free space to be yourself and let go of whatever stress or pain you’re carrying. You set the goals and the pace, and together we move towards what’s meaningful amidst a history of trauma and hardship.

I utilize evidence-based and trauma-informed techniques from Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT). I work with people from all walks of life, helping them to improve their mental health, break free from their addictions, heal from past traumas, restore family and relational connections, and more.

I’m a curious guy that values relationship and integrity. This is why I became a social worker, and why I’m now counselling others. I care deeply about the pain that others have experienced, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside whoever decides to cross paths with me.
