EFT Meridian Tapping
While related to acupuncture, EFT does not use needles! We use our fingertips to tap on acupressure points and we mentally “tune in” to specific issues while stimulating certain meridian points on the body by tapping on them. Properly done EFT appears to balance disturbances in the meridian system and often reduces the conventional therapy procedure from months or years down to minutes or hours.
