Jessie worked with us to design and build a new kitchen, and we are thrilled with the results! We knew that the design was going to be important, but it turns out that her project management and material sourcing services - the quality of everything put into the kitchen has been amazing - were also essential to getting the work done.

We completely changed our minds on the kitchen project half way through the design, and project timelines changed a lot to accommodate supply chain issues, but Jessie provided the same reliable effort and enthusiasm from start to finish. It’s a huge asset to have someone who is working actively to make sure that everything is being done right, bringing all the pieces together, and independently resolving any issues that come up.

So, thank you Jessie for the amazing design, all the hard work, and a commitment to getting the project done.. And I hope that we can tackle some other areas of the house soon! More...

We loved working with Jessie. We have previously had Jessie work with us on a kitchen renovation and paint selection throughout our home. Jessie is very friendly and knowledgeable. Jessie asks many questions to determine what her clients preferences are and combines them her vision to create something beyond words amazing! Jessie’s ability to source items and provide loads of options to purchase for your renovation is extremely efficient and helpful. These usually come with her contractors discount. Jessie is very easy to reach and is extremely responsive to any communication. Our recon untouched basement renovation turned out beyond our expectations. The space layout and design turned a huge space into a cozy, beautiful functional living space. The large bathroom is absolutely stunning. Jessie is patient, kind and goes the extra mile. Our kitchen, and some of our preferences, posed an unusual design challenge. Jessie came up with solutions that were consistent with our preferences, functional, and visually pleasing. When the contractor that we had initially hired moved out of town, she went the extra mile to find other skilled tradespeople to complete the work. We had slightly unusual preferences for our updated kitchen. Jessie carefully took them into account and came up with a design that look great and was really functional. Our kitchen works and flows so much better than it did before. She communicated with us frequently and well, and went the extra mile to ensure that the project was completed to a high standard and in a timely fashion. Would not hesitate to hire her again. In dealing with Saslove Design, I was impressed by the unusually good initiative that they showed the devotion to doing an excellent job, and the accomplishment of the customer goals.
No sooner had I put my request on the BARK system, that I received their phone call, this, within a few minutes or so.
The owner, who I dealt with, always had my wellbeing in mind.
She always answers the phone or is quick to responds whenever that is.
Her flexibility is outstanding. As the project develops, and needs are defined more clearly, she will quickly change her direction to align herself with her customers needs; a quick and attentive response is provided, and the ease with which she is dealing with the changes, seems to be a natural for her.
For example, one quote was delivered late afternoon, on a Saturday!
She will explore more than one solution and give you her comments on all of them.
You will never have a surprise invoice. Her work is quoted by the activity and the hour, but she is generous with her time and respects her commitment.
I gave her a 4 ½ *. Had she had a bit more business experience, I would have given her a 5*.
