I had spent five years “working on myself” prior to meeting Laura. While I’m grateful for the ones that came before (Reiki master, psychologist, Chinese energy healer), she is far superior of a healer. I go monthly for HUNA healing sessions and I can honestly testify that it’s changed my life for the better. I’ve seen improvements in relationships with friends, colleagues and just people in general. HUNA has thought me how to let go, trust and manifest. I’m also witnessing myself becoming more and more intuitive with every session. Speaking of which, Laura is also a gifted intuitive. Sanctuary within healing has honestly changed my life in every way possible in the most positive way. Before I started attending session with Sanctuary Within Healing, I felt like my life was at rock bottom and there was nothing I could do about it. What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about what I do is the connection with people and helping clients see and feel their very own truth and worth. Empowering others to see their power within and move through all challenges whether it be one of a physical, emotional or mental nature.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My own healing journey as a result of childhood abuse was what led me to want to help others remove all that is antithetical to finding their own true nature. We are all meant to live harmoniously, devoid of suffering and conflict but we are conditioned to believe otherwise.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am very passionate about supporting others on their healing journey and feel a deep connection with all those who are meant to receive healing through me. As a conduit of light I have a strong desire to ensure all that is unknown becomes known and all support necessary is offered in the most loving and compassionate way.

I offer both in person and virtual sessions. Energy healing holds no physical constraints so virtual sessions are as effective as in person. I offer services both in my home practice in Etobicoke, ON or at Akashas Den located in Oakville, ON.

Huna Healing for Children
Huna healing for children is a safe and non invasive healing method. Huna helps the body shift from sympathetic (fight-or-flight) anxiety mode into parasympathetic (rest and digest) mode. The session helps to ignite your child's body's own self-healing response-assisting the body in releasing deep-seated tensions, aiding in detoxification, and balancing mental and emotional states.
The Huna Practitioner ignites the child's self healing process by simply placing their hands gently over the body by touching (Kahi) or not touching ( 3 to 4 inches away from the body) . We scan the child’s etheric body for areas of densities and low vibrational energy while working with a higher consciousness to override the programming, freeing the body of any tension. The practitioner channels the healing energy and safety transfers to the child.
