What do you love most about your job?
I love dealing with the people, finding great tenants and making owners happy. I love a challenge when it comes to solving problems and I have a great network of contractors and people I work with.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been in the property management/real estate industry for a number of years working for property management companies as an employee. With the experience I have acquired over the years, it was time to start my own company. I want to be able to provide the personal service that owners or boards expect from a property manager.

I am a small company with a big heart. I will work extremely hard for you to take care of your property or building. As I am a smaller company, I can offer you the personal service you expect and I have room in my portfolio to accommodate you.

If an owner is living out of town and the property is in Edmonton and surrounding areas, I can take care of it for you. With the help of etransfer and Zoom, anything is possible.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Unit showings - prospects are asked if they have any symptoms, they must wear a mask and refrain from touching anything in the unit. Sanitization is done regularly on door handles, counters etc.
We can also do virtual showings for prospective tenants.
Single Family and Multi-family Properties
We manage these properties on behalf of the owners, taking the headaches away trying to find new tenants. We will find those tenants, screen them, place them in your unit and collect the monthly rent. We also have contractors we work with to take care of the maintenance items that may arise. Condominium Property Management
We are set up to manage large or small condominium complexes. Self managing a condominium complex is time consuming for the Board of Directors, who are all volunteers. We can take care of the management, collecting condo fees, organizing contractors, paying the bills and meeting with the Board of Directors on a regular basis.
