I requested a quoted for tv mounting and you called endlessly and left voicemail with your kids in background screaming on a holiday. If I'm not answering it's for a reason. Just a bit of advice if you called someone 1 or 2 times and it's a holiday don't keep blowing up their phones especially if you're running a business. After through investigation, we discovered that the noise in the background might have been a network issue as this has happened before; also about the holiday period, some of our staff work overtime during the holiday periods at which most Canadians have time to fix their projects because of the busy schedules during the working periods. We are sorry for any inconvenience this might have cause you even though we are trying our best to give you the best service.
