Nilay is an absolute professional. He made time for me during the weekend to show me how QBO works and given that I am in California (3 hours behind his time zone), he made sure to adjust his schedule so that I could get my QBO training. A Zoom session with Nilay is far better than any Accounting 101 class. Not only does he have deep knowledge of the accounting software but he also knows accounting concepts really well. His explanations are excellent. I purchased a training course from him initially and learnt how to bookkeep on my own. Later when my business grew, I purchased his monthly bookkeeping services. Just got time to post a review that has been long overdue. Learnt how to use Wave for my day-to-day bookkeeping. As a teacher, Nilay is an absolute pleasure to work with.
