Q&As

I offer client-focused, highly individualized therapy where I work diligently to help the client actually overcome their problems. I work to help clients achieve transformations so their lives are better and more manageable. This is not the type of therapy that goes on and on without any real-life change. I am a highly trained professional with the client's welfare my top priority.

I now offer online therapy through Zoom or over the telephone. Surprisingly, people have found it very satisfying and the sessions are meaningful.

I am currently only meeting via Zoom. I am now fully vaccinated and when it is deemed safe to do so, I will be able to meet vaccinated clients in my office where there is enough space to remain socially distant.

Services

Anxiety and depression take away from the joy and flow of life. Through psychotherapy, you can learn to overcome these problems and learn to "reset" yourself so that you can learn and grow, integrate new experiences, make deeper and better connections with others, and become a happier more fulfilled person.

The need for anger management is often a part of a life where a number of things are out of control. Learn to create and honor strong boundaries, calm yourself down, and feel at peace.

Sarah practices deep listening. Her clients, therefore, feel heard and can finally start to make sense of the different pieces in their lives and heal from past wounds. Deep listening allows people to feel respected and cared for. All studies have shown that being heard is one of the cornerstones for successful therapy.
