Q&As

The first step is writing your goals down and finding out why you want to join the program and the struggles you are having. We then complete a fitness assessment to see what kind of shape your in. This is done monthly to see how your improving and to keep you motivated. We then do hourly sessions each week to improve your fitness. These sessions consist of cardio and strength, abs, stretch and discussion.

Self control. Less eating, more exercise, proper nutrition, tips and tricks, science, biology, many factors contribute to results.
