Simply put, Luke has been amazing. I got in touch with him about a particular issue that I was having and he helped me a ton with it. I enjoyed working with him so much I have now been seeing him once a month for about a year (via Zoom) to work through other things that I am having a difficult time dealing with or struggling with. The changes I have noticed since working with Luke have made a huge difference in my life. I’m in control of things, I’m more positive and I can switch things off on my own. Luke has such a calming, soothing voice and he’s a great listener. He also made me feel totally safe, which was a huge thing for me. I was totally able to let go and feel what what there and what I could do about it. I learned so much about my internal motivators and I feel that I am in a better spot because of what I learned from Luke. I didn’t have an easy life, but now I know I’m in control.
