✅ Small repairs: From fixing a leaky faucet or toilet, unclogging drains, to patching up drywall, replacing damaged tile and trim, I can handle those minor nuisances that annoy you and add up over time.

I'll work with existing supply lines (water, sewer, electricity) to make connections for new fixtures, but I can't run new lines that require a licensed professional. This saves you money, but it's also to keep you and your family (and myself) SAFE. I know my limits.
