Amazing experience he went above and beyond to help me and my partner repair a smashed mirror with led lights that’s very hard to replace and get fixed but me managed to get it fixed for us also didn’t over charge very good price!

What do you love most about your job?
One of the most impoortant thing that i love about my job, is bringing smiles on my clients-face . My foresight in being able to see the end product has given the joy , as idisplayed my craft each day .the love for my graft has given me the ability and confidence to aproach each project with pride and confidence. The interaction with clients also gives me the privilege to speak to them on their choice of products , what led them to making the choice now to upgrade . This is getting to know your client which gives me the apertunity share my knowledge and experience.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Determination. I was always determined to start my own business and its going well so far . The dtive to take charge of my life , make a decision and stick with it to be a difference is truly important for me . Once I determine to start my business there was nothing that could stop me . This business also enables me to make a difference in peoples lives and be financially secure in all things .
Why should our clients choose you?
I am reliable and knowledgeable of the business. My knowledge of the business helps me to communicate with confidence with clients. By so doing , it brings confort . The most important of all , is to listen to them , and make suggestions . Secondly, i am transparent with drafting my contracts . Thirdly , job guarantee . Sticking to contractual time . Last but not lease , the details in finishing .

No my service cannot be provide online, as its by appointments that are scheduled to clients availability . I then make my visit to carry out my inspection , then do an estimate . There are times when i would make two or three visits when there are more than one person that are involved in the decision making , especially when its a large project .
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
My consciousness of the safety of others is paramount. Creating a safe and comfortable environment is very important. This has been something i put on the top of my list with my crew members. The respect of space , and asking questions with regards to boundaries, is also one thing that i held at high regard .
