Kingsmere was very quick to respond when we required about their services and meeting in person to discuss the project. They provided a through plan for the renovations we required to update and address deficiencies that always come up when conducting a renovation. They provided weekly updates in person when possible and kept within a agreed upon budget. They managed to keep a tight timeline and the end result was a wonderful refresh to the apartment and ready for sale.
