What do you love most about your job?
I have always been amazed at what human beings are capable of doing and developing on their own, sometimes with a little outside help. I feel blessed in my life to be able to accompany all these open and motivated people to better understand themselves, to free themselves from what prevents them from really becoming and living in their unique essence.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have developed an expertise in change management and problem solving in my more than 20-year career coaching professional teams. Over the past few years, I learned and developed new approaches to coaching and handling change that are focused among others, on activating personal resources to achieve clients’ objectives, personal as well as corporate.

My clients tell me that I am a great listener, a very open person, and favor a holistic, personal, intuitive, spiritual and creative approach. I know how to combine my experience as a manager with holistic hypnosis, NLP, Neurosciences and Family and Systemic Constellations approaches to successfully guide clients through their personal development in becoming autonomous, all in a warm and caring atmosphere.

All my services are either provided in a remote mode via Zoom or in person at one of my two clinics in Quebec (Valleyfield and Verdun).
Holistic hypnosis - NLP - Neuroscience personalized session
Personalized sessions adapted to your specific needs, in order to put some movement within yourself for achieving your goals more easily. I use complementary approaches to allow effective work in a caring environment. Please note that I use a holistic hypnosis approach in a more active way than classic or performance hypnosis.
First meeting about 90 minutes, follow-up sessions are about an hour.
