If you'd like to do your own bookkeeping, we offer training sessions which help you to use your accounting software, or best practices for performing bookkeeping. If you just need payroll, other than hiring & firing we handle everything in between. Or, for business owners which want to focus on business operations, we can take over all the day to day bookkeeping for you. Our services are flexible depending on your needs.
Why is it so important for businesses to hire a great accountant?
The main reason is to ensure that your books are compliant with Canada Revenue Agency regulations. CRA audits can occur randomly, and we make sure that when they happen your books are ready. This of it this way: If your business are your children, and your bookkeeper is a babysitter, wouldn't you want to make sure that you have the best person looking after your most important assets?
What do you love most about your job?
It sounds cliche, but helping business owners. That can look different for every owner, which is why we offer a variety of services.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The bookkeeping industry is highly unregulated. For this reason, it's easy to take a course and become a bookkeeper without really understanding how different accounting softwares work. This business started by a need of small business owners who needed bookkeepers requiring a specific accounting software (Sage50), and grew from that.
Why should our clients choose you?
We strive to cover everything in terms of what a client would need in a bookkeeper: We invest in professional development to keep up with industry standards. This allows us to offer suggestions to clients which may improve their business. Our bookkeepers have years of experience, and have certifications for the accounting software they use. We work directly with client's accountants to ensure that their books are filed on time.
