We met Megan at a listing she was showing; we didn't have a realtor at this time. During the showing Megan was pointing out all kinds of stuff that other realtors never said a word about; she was providing info on electrical, plumbing, water quality, neighborshoods etc etc. It was quickly evident she was very knowledgeable. She was able to answer our questions on the spot where other realtor say "let me get back to you on that". Working with Megan was smooth and easy. Shes very responsive.
