We were booked for a few days later, the electrician came out to install 3 pendants over the kitchen island along with a dining room light fixture. Highbridge just finished up with my full basement renovation (framing, flooring, ceiling, electrical and bathroom) last week, and I am beyond pleased! They were quick and efficient in contacting me to arrange a quote, and the costs and timeline that Richard provided me were very accurate. My project manager Ray was great at keeping me in the loop, and contacting me consistently about design choices and other aspects of the renovation. They were very accommodating and attentive to detail, the design choices I made were executed perfectly!! There were a few different teams that worked on my project, but each one was polite and respectful, and some even worked extra hours to ensure my project was done on time. My basement went from a dark and gloomy dungeon, to a lovely TV room in a matter of weeks. Mike who came to do the estimate was very helpful and friendly and came up with a plan to replace our window well. He answered all our questions and had the estimate sent promptly. The work was booked very quickly which was fantastic as we were on a tight timeline. The workers were great - showed up on time, were friendly and completed the work very quickly and efficiently. Our outlet was damaged during the work and management responded quickly by sending someone out to replace it the next morning. All in all we are very satisfied with the work and the price. I found the team handling the renovation to be very polite , cordial and respectful. They take pride in their work and it showed with the end result. Our house was significantly damaged by a tornado in September 2018. We engaged Highbridge Construction for the repair and reconstruction after seeing the quality of their work in another house they had constructed. Highbridge also committed to work through the winter to replace the roof and trusses, ceilings, drywall, floors, electrical and everything else that was required to get us back into our house by spring 2019. We also took the opportunity to have them renovate the existing upstairs bathroom, front hall and entryway. They came through and fulfilled their promise, delivering high-quality workmanship in all areas. We hired Highbridge construction on a recommendation from a friend who recently used them to reno their bathroom (which turned out beautiful! ).Pierre Luc, the project manager, promptly came to our home to provide an estimate. Upon arrival, he was friendly, very knowledgeable, and made a lot of great suggestions we had never considered. We obtained a number of different quotes from various companies; however, High Bridge Construction provided the most detailed quote at a fair price, responded the quickest, and included links to their past jobs and Better Business Bureau rating.Pierre Luc was very flexible in accommodating our needs and worked closely with us to suit our budget. The company began work within a week of providing the estimate, and delivered on exactly what was promised! The team was clean, efficient, friendly and very professional. They accommodated our busy schedule by offering suggestions on tiles, vanities, lights, etc. and were always responsive to texts and emails.Payment arrangements were made easy by Chantel, the client care manager, who often came by the house to check on the job and refused to accept our final payment until we were 100% satisfied with the work.
