How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
We would start by checking the municipal by-laws to see what is and is not allowed. The City of London passed a by-law a few years ago allowing all single family dwellings to allow for secondary suites. The province of Ontario announced in 2022 that it will be working with cities to allow garden suites / coach houses.
Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
A garage conversion would start with checking the by-law to see if its allowed. We would then need to bring in heating, plumbing and electrical to make it a legal suite.
How long have you been in business?
We've been in business for 6 years. Born and raised in London, Ontario. We are based out of London and service the surrounding areas.

We stand behind all our work and therefore Gold Level Contracting will offer a 2 year warranty on all workmanship to most of our renovation projects.

What inspired you to start your own business?
Construction has always been a passion of mine. I love updated old and unused spaces to create a vibrant and warm space for friends and family to enjoy.

We can have an online or virtual consultation about your home renovation project. It's important for us to see the space in person to get an idea of the space we are working with and any challenges or obstructions that may come up during the renovation.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Our employees have been vaccinated against Covid-19. If a customer has a special request, we will do our best to make sure their needs are looked after.
