Karyn! Thank you for the kind review and feedback. I have just sent you the presentation in PDF format to you that generalizes our main points of discussion. I hope this helps and also happy to provide you with clarity again on anything that seems uncertain. Coincidentally, I just dropped a mini color fandeck (of the blue color scheme we discussed) in the mail last night! It also includes the background colors of your space that aren't changing like the wall paint and wood floors and metals that I think you like (chrome, black). Having this small tool available when shopping is meant to help you decide if a particular item is the right shade of blue or a color that will work nicely with the rest of the space. For virtual or remote design, it's an easy 5-step process consisting of various phases:
- Discovery Call where we meet over the phone to learn more about your project needs and budget and services offerings best suited for your solution
- Consultation/Questionnaire online meeting
- Concept/Initial Design
- Review Meeting
- Final Presentation
Which interior design styles can you cater for?
Naturally gravitate to a combinations of calm, but colorful. Modern, mixed with traditional or county. Neutral design styles such as Scandi or Boho. It's all good to me.
What do you love most about your job?
Helping clients to live in an updated/improved space that they love coming home to.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Working directly with homeowners - the decision makers. I have a lot of experience as a homeowner myself and understand the practical side of living in your home - the storage needs and the flow of furnishings.
Why should our clients choose you?
Most clients I have worked with see me as a very knowledgeable person when it comes to design. I help them understand what works and doesn't work in their space. I offer solutions to improve living more comfortably in their home and I offer ideas or suggestions that they maybe haven't thought of themselves. I believe color is important in the home and since Covid, color is an element that is on the rise and I am here to help you incorporate this in your home in a way that allows you to love it and not be overwhelmed by it. I have years of experience working with people and I'm an extroverted-introvert who likes people!
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Yes, definitely! I do an online virtual consultation whereby we meet through a Google meeting and discuss your room (it helps if you can send me a few photos beforehand so I can see your space, style, how you live etc.). From here, I learn more thoroughly what your needs are and this helps to prepare your design plan accordingly.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I have received all vaccinations and wear a mask with a filter when I am indoors with clients.
