I enjoy the world of real estate, getting to know new owners and tenants and learning about the evolving industry.

Advertising, interviewing and screening of tenants.
Writing, initiating and enforcing tenancy agreements and condition inspection reports.
Navigating arbitration including monetary orders, full and peaceful vacant possessions and appropriate evidence submissions and form delivery.
Comprehensive understanding of all Residential Tenancy Branch forms (including but not limited to): 10 Day Notices, 1 Month Notices, 2 Month Notices and Mutual Agreements to End Tenancy.
Rent Up Contracts
Advertising, interviewing, securing and implementation of tenancy agreements and condition inspections for owners interested in self management.
I can use my resources and skills to secure tenancy for you and hand over the day to day management to you.
Consultation
I offer a range of consultation services including:
1) Consultation for new landlords looking for a crash course on being a landlord
2) Current landlords looking to resolve developing or ongoing issues with tenants
3) Advisable arbitration procedures
4) How to properly serve or implement different notices; and
5) General consultation, including for new buildings or intended renovations.
