How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
Converting an existing garage can be a great way to create a mortgage helper of accommodate family members. Our goals is to custom design and build your garage conversion to suite your needs and budget. If you have a single car garage it will lend itself to a studio type suite, if you have a double car garage, we could design a 1-bedroom suite for you. Please call us for more information.
Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
First visit will be focused on learning about your situation, why the extra living space is desirable or needed, when you would like occupancy, what the existing structure is. The second visit will include a scaled sketch of what we are proposing and a budget. This will give us the opportunity to get into the details and finishing, consider timelines, options and adjustments. Once decisions are made, we can proceed to contract, permits and construction.
