To be able to provide the high level of services I would expect as a home owner or investor. Flawless customer service and attention to details.

We moved our onboarding and rental process fully online and we can work digitally with our clients.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We embraced the digital transformation and adjusted our day to day operations to be fully digital. Video tours and virtual showings were added for everyone's safety, and to limit contacts at in personal showings. Screening form are required before showings if the city is in lockdown.
