Services

Ideal for individuals who are seeking creative advice and professional direction for the interior space.

Up to 2 hours at site or virtually via zoom: $250

This will include discussing the brief, budget, style.

I will provide on-site advice regarding color, furniture placement, selection, window treatments, fabric choices, flooring options, art placement, lighting, as well as guidance for other concerns.

The design consultation is a “stand-alone” service. You are not required to retain me for the duration of your particular project. I will arm you with useful knowledge and assist you in making an informed decision about your design options.

With only a few hours, together we can make great headway toward infusing new ideas and structure to your room. Adding fresh colors and a few simple accessories can bring the quick change you’ve been craving. It’s amazing how transforming your surroundings can invigorate you.

Both consultations will be charged similarly to a flat fee of $250.00 for 2 hours. If the site is far travel expenses can be discussed.



All consultation will need to be paid in advance to book a time and slot.

Seeing what you always imagined $500/room for 2 renders

Have you ever pictured something in your head and then been disappointed by the reality? Don’t let that happen with your design project. You spend far too much time in your home or workspace to dislike how it looks and feels .

3D visualization allows you to see a photo-realistic version of your final project before it’s even started, so you can make the changes necessary to ensure the final product is exactly what you pictured. Compared to traditional drawings or blueprints, 3D visualization offers greater specificity and detail. You won’t have to imagine what that bookshelf looks like in your space— you can see it! And more importantly, you can show it to the contractor or other project partners so that they can see exactly what you’re talking about, too.

This is a stand alone service and is suitable if you have already decided on the products and finishes.

This consist of 2 phases

Phase 1::

Consultation: No matter the size of your project, it all starts with a 2- hour on-site consultation. We discuss style, budget, timeline and make sure we are a good fit to work together. I take the measurement of the space to be designed and we lay out the scope of work.

​Bridge: After the consultation, I send you a project proposal which will include the total cost for the design fees and the scope of work.

Once everything is agreed upon, contracts are signed, advance payment is done I start working upon the main project.

​Phase Two: Minimum fee for this phase is $500

The Design project consists of:

Layout in AutoCAD

Furniture/Accessory proposals from 2 price point (High and Low) You can always suggest any store you would like to work with.

3D Renderings for the photo realistic images of your space.(if agreed upon)

​Project will not include:

Ordering products, wallpapers and other proposed items.
Project management and coordination
Sourcing and management of trades

​Phase Three: Styling & Finishing Touches: Once you have all the products purchased and installed and would like me to come and visit to give the final touches, it is possible. Let me know at Consultation and I can provide you with the price.
