How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
It's always suitable but it depends on what they want to use it for just storage or full personal use, and we have done many of these and including many full upper storey add on's.

then demo and framing

Which interior design styles can you cater for?
Most of the styles but we focus on quality and a minimum size of project, and so if the project total is less than $50k we would not be interested
How long have you been in business?
Over 30 years, were licensed and insured, and have studied at BCIT
What guarantee does your work come with?
Minimum of 1 year if it's a renovation or supply furniture and such, and for new homes there is a mandatory 2-5-10 year warranty provided by our insurance, plus we have liability insurance too just in case in the amount of $5 million and WCB. There are some products that carry their own longer warranty, but we always want to do our best to look after our clients.

Different projects keep it fresh, and seeing a project unfold

Had lots of previous experience and combined it with wanting to be an entrepreneur
